We can repair shafts up to 17 ft length and 36” dia with an 18” dia clearance over the cross-slide.
We can reface rollers of all sizes. Bearing journals restored to original spec tolerances.

Bearing Journal Repair
Damaged shaft, as received, was heavily corroded.
After machining, the journal was built up with nickel, and a ceramic coating was applied. Then, the site was ground and superfinished.
