Dual Wire Arc System; Metco 6P-II Thermal Spray System; Metco 12E Combustion
Wire Metalizing Gun. All powder systems utilize the
latest technology, Metco 4MP Semi-Fluidized Bed w/Digital Feed Rate
Technology. Process monitoring instruments include Digital RPM Meters
and Certified Temperature Reading Instruments. All metal spraying is
performed to the following specifications as they apply: Mil-W6712C;
Mil-M-6874; Mil-Std-869C; Mil-Std-1687A and Mil-P-83348A. We will also
work to a manufacturer's or customer' specification as required. Metal
Fusion uses testing labs certified to test metal spray samples and welding
samples to Mil-Spec requirements or manufactures' requirements. |
