Yes, Metal Fusion works
with fuel cells and we coat fuel cells, both new and refurbished.
Using one dedicated booth and plasma unit for white ceramics and another
for dual arc wire coating, we are able to give our customers a clean
product with uniform consistency. Our five thermal sprayers bring
experience from the thermal spray industry throughout Silicon
Valley.
Our advanced equipment includes special dried and filtered compressed air
from the compressors and two individual filtered booths, each with a
Metco plasma system. One booth has a Tafa
9000 dual wire arc spray system along with other advanced
equipment. A state of the art Metco air filtering system for booth
exhaust insures environmentally safe conditions and general
cleanliness.
After spraying our work is rapidly sealed and sent for cleaning and
packaging per the customer specification.
Metal Fusion can supply powders and wire from any producer in the world,
and works with material producers in the creation of specially formulated
powered and wires.
We can produce quantities of thermally coated parts and can develop
proto-type coating as well, and Metal Fusion is happy to work with you to
research, develop, and test coating solutions with you.
