Metal Fusion repairs
individual aircraft parts as a "limited-specialized service" repair
facility. We are identified as CG3R422L and have been an FAA repair
station since 1985. You may view and or print our FAA Certification here.
Our quality system is per AS 9110. Present customers include leading
aerospace companies and all the major airlines. Our inspectors are
certified for DPI per NAS 410.
We commonly employ welding, thermal spraying and machining techniques in
the repair of high temperature alloys or titanium, aluminum or magnesium
alloys. Over the years Metal
Fusion has developed a number of our own DER Repairs.
We feel a sense of pride at the completion of each job when our (air
worthiness tag) 8130-3 is attached and the part is returned to the
customer.
